Counselling or Coaching?

Coaching tends to focus more on your future aspirations and how you can achieve these in a structured and practical way, with goals and action plans. Whereas counselling works in a more organic way enabling you to explore, understand and heal deeper past or present issues.


In practice, there is an overlap between both disciplines, and the roles of a coach and counsellor are to empower you to find your own answers, rather then provide you with direct advice.

I tend to integrate elements of counselling and coaching in my practice and tailor my approach to suit your needs.
