How much does it cost?
My fee for a one hour individual counselling and/or coaching session is £45. Please note, I am only offering sessions via online video chat (FaceTime, Skype or WhatsApp) or telephone (whichever is your preference) this year. Face to face appointments are not available for the rest of 2020.
My fee for a 45 minute reiki session is £40. Unfortunately I am not offering reiki sessions in 2020.
Concessions may be available for students or those on a low income. Please ask if this applies to you.
What will happen in the first counselling/coaching session?
During our first session we will talk about your presenting issue, needs and goals and see if there is a 'good fit' between your requirements and what I can offer to help you. We will also do some counselling and/or coaching so you can get a feel for my style of working and we can make the most out of the session. If we are a 'good fit', we will agree on how we are going to work together and arrange the next session. If you would like to have a brief discussion with me before booking an initial session, please contact me.
How do I book a session?
You can book an appointment via my online booking system (or the green 'Book Now' button). When you book an appointment you will receive an email and text confirmation of your booking (including details of my business premises) and a reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can also change and cancel your appointment through this system (please give me 24 hours notice of any changes or cancellations). Please note, payment is not processed through the booking system - payment will be processed during/after the appointment.
Is telephone and Skype counselling/coaching available?
I offer telephone, Skype or FaceTime sessions at the aforementioned rates.
When are appointments offered?
I am able to offer appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (11am to 8pm) Tuesdays and Fridays (5.45pm to 8.00pm).
How many sessions will I need and how frequently?
The number of sessions needed is entirely up to you. I offer short term or long term therapy or ad hoc sessions and I aim to help clients achieve their goals as effectively and efficiently as possible. Most clients opt for regular weekly or fortnightly sessions to make the most out of the process.
