Counselling

Counselling provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental place to talk about emotional difficulties, distressing thoughts, relationship problems or other issues affecting your sense of wellbeing.

 

It offers you the chance to explore and work through your difficulties with someone who is professionally trained to listen and support you.

 

The role of a counsellor is not to tell you what to do or to give you advice.  Instead, a counsellor will work alongside you to help you to understand your thoughts, feelings or challenges more clearly to enable you to make more informed choices or simply feel greater inner peace.

Please note, I do not offer couples counselling (solely individual counselling).
